1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Free Returns & Refunds are only applicable for items with quality issues (e.g., manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped).
  • To apply, contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will verify and arrange free return shipping or a full refund.
  • For non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, size preference), returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery but the customer must bear all return shipping costs. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing time (usually 3-7 business days).
  • No refunds will be provided for items that are damaged due to improper use, or returned without original packaging.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for size mismatches (if applicable) or quality issues.
  • For non-quality issue exchanges, customers are responsible for both return shipping fees and reshipping fees for the new item.
  • Exchange delivery timeframes are the same as initial orders, subject to U.S. domestic logistics.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (if any) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
