Q: How long will it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. No processing on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?
A: No, we currently only offer shipping within the U.S.

A: Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (after order processing).
Q: How can I track my order?
A: A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order ships. Track your package on our website’s "Track Order" page or the courier’s official site.
Q: When do I get free shipping?
A: Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $80.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A: Yes. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: How long does a refund take to process?
A: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. It may take 3-7 additional days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Q: Are customized items returnable?
A: Customized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
